Vision
Useful design is the point: products that help people, not work that only looks finished. Students learn to think clearly, then take that work into the world. The vision is a classroom and a studio that stay close to real products, with teaching that is practical, personal, and honest.
Mission
To create useful products for the world through better design, and to train students who are ready for the design industry. Students work on real projects, build a portfolio, and get guidance on freelancing and their career, with honest feedback on every piece of work.

Alongside the classes, Manoj personally guides students on how to start their career after learning, so they feel confident enough to take real projects, start earning, or get placed in the industry.
